MDI Access is currently seeking a Construction Project Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (engineering, architecture, math, building sciences, construction management).
• 5+ years experience as a PM in mission critical construction.
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office including Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• Experience with CAD, BIM (Revit) required.
• Must have strong communication skills and leadership skills.
• Experience with working with numbers, cost data and managing project budgets.

• Lead local project teams as assigned to meet operational, technical, budget and scheduled goals.
• Play a lead role in the design and start-up of new equipment and facilities.
• Projects will include purchase of new equipment, constructions of clean rooms, process improvements and new product introduction.
• Take complete project ownership and responsibility for projects where PM role is assigned/requested.
