This project included the installation of a 30-ton dry cooler set on the roof of the building. We managed the permit process with the City of Chicago, coordinated the equipment lift as well as designed and implemented safety measures during the installation process.

Our electricians installed the conduit and wiring for the entire project which included the electrical feed and low voltage control cabling to the HVAC equipment. We provided related services to our customer that included new breaker installation and fire alarm changes and upgrades.
